Thomas Hoepker has travelled to Chile many times covering the country’s changes from Pinochet’s regime in 1973 to the present day. Never having been to Valparaiso, Hoepker wanted to revisit Larrains work here and investigate what remains of its winding alleys and backstreets framed so beautifully in the original series.
