Land Rights of Minorities in Cambodia

In Cambodia, Jérôme Sessini travelled to remote villages with Samrith Vaing, documenting the life of indigenous minorities contending with forced eviction. Their way of life is further threatened by aggressive and unregulated agribusiness that puts profit ahead of the local populations.
This story is one of four chapters Magnum photographers produced on human rights, commissioned by the European Parliament for the 30 year anniversary of the Sakharov Price.
