UAE. Abu Dhabi. 2024. On Wednesday 6th November 2024 an UAE plane left from Abu Dhabi to Cairo. There it changed crew and flew to Ramon aiport near Eilat in Israel. There 210 wounded Palestinians, mainly oncological patients and wounded children, accompanied by a family member, were taken onboard and taken back to Abu Dhabi. The United Arab Emirates, in coordination with the World Health Organization, over the course of over a year has evacuated over 2000 injured Palestinians and family from Gaza as part of its effort to provide humanitarian aid and medical care to victims of the war.
