Arivaca is the home of Tim Foley, founder of right-wing “Arizona Border Recon” who “tour” the border in military fatigues and carrying semi-automatic rifles in search of “illegal aliens”. They also inhibit the work of the Tuscon Samaritans by poisoning water supplies and destroying food left for migrants.
