USA. Texas. January 3, 2021. What I have found on this project is the tension and the hope of better things arriving in 2021. A couple from NYC who came to Austin to get away from NYC in order to ride out. The bite of winter were hanging out on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol building on a warm Spring Like day.
