KENYA. The swamps in Amboseli National Park are a haven for wildlife. The water which feeds the swamps is filtered through the porous soils of Mount Kilimanjaro and surfaces in the plains to provide a welcome environment for many birds and a playground for elephants. Early indications show that climate change will affect the water supply to this area. 2004.
