PALESTINE. Hebron. 2013. Palestinian Territories/The West Bank. One of the last remaining Palestinian families living on Shuhada Street in Hebron. After Baruch Goldstein killed 29 Palestinians at the Tomb of the Patriarchs, the Israeli military created a buffer zone around the main Israeli settlement to reduce the potential for violence. As a result, Shuhada street one of the main commercial arteries, was closed off. The family is frequently harassed by Israeli settlers who live just meters away.
