G.B. England. Wiltshire. Salisbury. The church of St Thomas and St Edmund is located right in the centre of mediaeval Salisbury. It was built to serve the workers building the new cathedral, and was dedicated to St Thomas a Becket in 1220. Every Christmas there is a display of Christmas trees individually decorated by the many organisations involved in Salisbury and it draws hundreds of visitors each year who contribute to the many charities involved. Here the choir sings seasonal hymns and carols as part of the festivities. 2013
