Han Xue, 12 years old, Grade 5. She wants to be a teacher. She is in the yellow top. She has a brother (Han Cheng) with poliomyelitis whom she helps to stretch. She lives with Grandma (Han Haqimai) who has to take care of 4 children as well as children from Xue’s uncle. Xue goes to Hongguang Hongjun Sala Ethnic Elementary School. There are 204 students from Hongguang Upper Village and Hongguang Lower Village. Nearly all families here are Muslim. This work was carried out with the support of ProspectFoundation China.
