Yazidis displaced from Sinjar protest in Dohuk, in western Iraqi Kurdistan, against the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) on the one-year anniversary of the Islamic State's (IS) takeover of their hometown. KRG peshmerga have not yet won back Sinjar from IS, and many Yazidis feel that the KRG has intentionally stalled in the fight to retake it, leaving them indefinitely displaced from their homes.
