KENYA. 2017. Ethiopian marketplace in Kakuma 1 Refugee camp. Abdi is Ethiopian and bought this place from previous owner who repatriated to Australia. It took some convincing for him to be willing to sell it to Abdi at a price he could afford. Abdi worked for the previous owner for 3 years. He makes about 1500 kenyan shillings per day. He came here with his grandma when he was 6. He added the computer instruction school on the side of what was already a photo studio. He teaches basic computer skills he leanred in nairobi. He bought wood from Turkana people to build it out..
