INDIA. Bangalore. 2003. Construction of a new overpass called the "Flyover" that will connect Bangalore with the satelite hi-tech parks where many of the IT and BPO Companies are located. The project is viewed by many as a testimony to positive impact of the explosion of business in India; the industry's ability to cut through usual government inactivity and red tape to create civil improvements while at the same time creating jobs for the lower classes.
