USA. San Francisco. 1987. "5 Hits of Acid." On the corner of my house I found this girl, suicidal and paranoid, out of control. I took her to the hospital and waited four hours before the doctor on call saw her. He ate his take-out food while asking her some questions, then dismissed her (at which point she was still suicidal).
