ALBANIA. Ex Guantanamo Bay prisoners, the first 5 Uiguirs (Chinese ethnic minority) released by the US, there are approximatly another 15 still in Guantanamo, because of fears of persecution they were not sent back to China, the only country willing to accept them was Albania.
