GREAT BRITAIN. 1942. After extinguishing flames with chemicals, Royal Air Force firefighters surround a Blenheim bomber that was forced to land on its belly on its return from a bombing raid over Occupied France. The plane lost one propeller and its landing gear when it came under heavy German anti-aircraft fire. The flight crew was able to escape the plane safely before it caught fire.
