In the increasing arid and derertified grasslands of the Tibetan plateau, the nomad family of Zha XI (the father), Hua Cong (his daughter) and granddaughter Yang Cuo (3y). Their traditional lifestyle is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain due to the desertification caused by warming temperatures, melting permafrost and erratic weather patterns.
