JAPAN. Kamonomiya. 1999. Bikers leave motorcycle meeting while being chased by police. It was interesting because about 40 bikers were in a large parking lot outside the town from 2:00pm until 8:00pm. Just as they were about to leave, the police arrived. Many bikes were loaded onto a truck because the bikers were too young to drive, even though they often do anyway. But since this was a meeting where they weren't driving, they were not going to ask for any unnecessary trouble. The others, who were driving, just left when the cops came. It was like a game where everyone knows the rules. The next thing you knew the bikers were gone and the cops left without arresting anyone.
