CANADA. Lambton County, Ontario. 1998. Nine-year-old Noah TOWELL as an artist paints the family's 1951 Chevy pickup truck on his easle. Watercolors are used. Children in the country have to amuse themselves as schoolmates often live too far away to visit each other. The truck was bought by the photographer in 1979 for $200 as a piece of junk and was fully restored by him. The family lives on a 75-acre farm in rural Ontario. ©Larry Towell/Magnum Photos
