Rashid Bakat, 28, escaped from Darfur and arrived in Malta in feb. 2009. Since then, he is locked in this prison. He comes from the village called Shayta (district Jildi) where arabic milices Jenjenwil supporting soudanese army, arrived and killed 150 poeple including women and children. They raped women in the houses.His uncle was killed.
