Prison of Orleans (Maison d'arret).Built in 1896 was initially built for 100 inmates. Actually almost 300 inmates awaiting trial are locked into the prison causing problems of overcrowding and lake of prison staff.
Inmates in their cell. Despite european rules allows only one detainee per cell, in the prison of Orleans, like as in most the the french prisons, 3 inmates have to chair the same 10 m2 cell.
