For a second year Peter van Agtmael has curated an image selection based on the Magnum membership's choice of their favorite images of the year.

"My favorite thing about Magnum is all the diverse sensibilities joined
indefinably but somehow coherently together. In these pictures we can
see the range of human experience in their loftiest and most depraved
forms, with much in between. The great thing about photography is
that everything can be beautiful when seen right."
