Taiwan's President Chen Shui-bian and Vice-President Annette Lu have been shot at a rally a day before elections.
Both were taken to hospital but officials said neither was in a serious condition and added that Mr Chen had urged people to stay calm. Magnum photographer Chien-Chi Chang exclusively documented the President from inside his Presidential circle in 2002.
