During the evening of Friday November 13, 2015, multiple terrorist attacks were launched simultaneously in Paris and at the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, the city's northern suburb. Beginning at 9:30PM, gunmen entered the Bataclan arts center and opened fire on concert-goers. Soon after, separate attacks occurred at two restaurants, also in central-Paris. In addition, numerous explosions went off near the Stade de France during a France-Germany football match.
ISIS claimed responsibility for these attacks, which killed 130 people and injured another 368.
