Photographer Alex Webb was commissioned by Huawei China to photograph the streets of Shanghai during three days using a smartphone from their range “Mate Serie Mobile Phone”. The telephone brand, third supplier in its sector, is convinced that the smartphone has a part to play in artistic photography and that it is ready to welcome its cutting-edge technology universe. The brand was able to make their convictions a reality throughout the unique look of the Magnum photographer whose images composed its advertising campaign 2017.
