American actress Patty Duke has died at the age of 69.
Well known for the 1960-1963 TV program "The Patty Duke Show", she'd achieved notoriety at the age of 16 when she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in "The Miracle Worker" (1962).
