Distro - Dismantling the Calais "Jungle"

On February 29, 2016 French authorities started to dismantle the southern part of the Calais Jungle, sending demolition teams in the early morning. Around 100 shacks were destroyed and that evening clashes broke out between police forces and migrants.
"The Jungle" is the name given to the the shantytown near the city of Calais, where around 5,000 migrants live while attempting to enter the United Kingdom.
Jérôme Sessini has been documenting the situation in the Jungle for several weeks.
