Back in 1969, the National Guard Unity Charlie Company from a small town in Kentucky were sent off to Vietnam. During an operation at Tomahawk Base many from the unit were killed. In the course of the war they were to suffer the highest percentage of deaths from any town in all of America. Their bodies were returned to their loved ones back in Bardstown. For some who did survive the war, the passage of time has been difficult. The effects of the war left them with many unanswered questions and unable to come to terms with their role.
