RADIOHEAD are one of the new British bands that have been lumped together in media hype as 'Britpop'.

However they stand apart from the pack as being more musically sophisticated and independant than many of the other bands. Their second album, released in 1995, 'The Bends' was a big hit in Europe and the States as well as in Japan and Korea. It gave them the freedom and assurance to make their new album, 'Ok Computer'. This is more observational and less introspective than the first two albums, and contains some of their best work. This album will be released in the UK on 16th June.
