'I Grandi Fotografi' books are a series of small photographic compilations published by Hachette.

In this, some of the most memorable images by Chien-Chi Chang have been collected. Most of the photographs have been taken in Chang's home country of Taiwan, but many are from the United States. Alienation and connection are the subjects of much of Chang's work. His investigation of the ties that bind one person to another - and to society - draws on his own immigrant experience.

Chang joined Magnum Photos in 1995. He lives and works in Taipei and New York City.
