East Pakistan,refugees, 9 million flee the country

November 1971. For over 9 months, the President of Pakistan, Yahya KHAN, has been trying to regain control over East Pakistan. So far this policy has led only to two things: almost 100.000 East Pakistanis have joined the guerilla troops, and over 9 million people have fled the country and are living in the Eastern part of India.
