George Harrison and John Lennon arrived on a Quantas plane in the early morning of the 16th February 1968 from London, they were on their way to Rishikesh where is located the Spiritual Regeneration Movement (SRM) Ashram of the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi on the banks of the Holy Ganges at Rishikesh where they are to spend 2 months doing Transcendental Meditation. George and John were accompanied by their wives, Pattie and Cynthia.
