The Magnum photographer’s of the French port city
goes on show

Bordeaux and its territory celebrates a new cultural
season this summer - "Liberté! Bordeaux 2019".
The solo exhibition "Shores" by Harry Gruyaert, a
major figure in photography and a member of the
Magnum Photos agency, brings together some sixty
exceptional prints in the majestic setting of the
Bordeaux Underwater Base.
The latter is coupled with an original photographic
commission of 20 prints realised by Harry Gruyaert
during a residency in Bordeaux and on the territory.
The photographer explores the intimate link
between the Gironde capital and the coast.
