On February 25th, 1964 22 year old Cassius Clay (who would soon after change his name to Muhammad Ali) beat Sonny Liston in an upset to become world heavyweight champion. It was before this fight Ali said he would "...float like a butterfly and sting like a bee" to defeat the stronger but slower Liston.
