In 1966 I went to BRAZIL for 2 weeks on assigment for VOGUE magazine. During that time I also photograph the MOREIRA SALLES family in Rio.

I became fascinated by Brazil and I spent 3 months travelling all over this huge country.

Later on I made many trips to Brazil for various internationals magazines and in the 70's I worked for the Brazilian publication "MANCHETE" in Rio.

In 2007 and 2008 I was commission by the museum "Pinacoteca do Estado de Sao Paulo" to document the states of PERNAMBOUC and the nordeste of Brazil.

Rio de Janeiro remain my favorite city in the world and I'm now preparing a book on BRAZIL.
