TURKEY, Mardin, 30 September 2020. Norma, 13, plays with her bird at home. Her father Mervan 43, and mother Rashan 37, fled from Derbesiye (northern Syria) with their six children.

Norma is the only one who continues her studies in the family, since her school closed because of pandemic. She says ‘Im lucky I have phone and internet, I keep continue with online education’ (Through EBA system of Turkish Education Ministry).
