He knows it is mandatory if he goes out, he knows he can get a fine for not using it and he also knows that it is fundamental to avoid the spread of the disease but he still does not want to wear it because he feels he is suffocating. When asked to make a mask that he would be comfortable wearing, Caio designed a mask with the same materials he uses to make his kites. He said it would be resistant to the virus bit also flow with the wind.
