UKRAINE. Kyiv. February 2023. Pavlivka psychiatric hospital. A soldiers' ward opened shortly after the beginning of the war and can now welcome 100 patients. Soldiers can still wear their military uniforms but in the ward, they wear slippers. They stay for some time to rest and receive basic medication. The director of the ward, Dr. Vyacheslav Mishyev, estimates that 70% will return to duty.
