Many women, elderly people and children are leaving the country. Most men stay in Ukraine to fight.
On February 24th the Russian Federation troops have valented Ukrainian boundaries starting a escalation of violence that brought thousands of people on the run towards Europe. A ferry crosses the Danube and connects the town of Orlivka (Ukraine) with Isaccea (Romania). This ferry is serving as a bridge for those fleeing the war in Ukraine and in particular from the city of Odesa.
