IRAQ. Nineveh Plains. March 3, 2021. The baptism of 6-month-old Sanvilla Maryam Luai, the daughter of a Christian family from Baghdad that now lives in the village of Karamlesh. The baptism took place in the Mar Matta monastery, a Syrian Orthodox monastery dating back to the fourth Century A.D. located 35km north-east of Mosul.
