PALESTINE Jenin refugee camp. 31 January 2024. A brother and sister walk through the rubble-strewn streets of the Jenin refugee camp. They belong to a generation raised amid war, witnessing daily violence and enduring trauma that remains largely unspoken within their society. The relentless toll of conflict manifests in sleepless nights, as the roar of explosions and the constant presence of Israeli drones overhead become a haunting backdrop to their young lives. The psychological scars, though seldom addressed, run deep in the children of Jenin refugee camp.
