Rancho Cortesano, located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), is a space dedicated to organic beekeeping and rural tourism, operated as a worker cooperative. It offers educational activities aimed at families, school groups, and nature enthusiasts, including workshops on honey extraction and production, as well as guided tours of its apiaries. Its goal is to raise awareness about the essential role of bees in ecosystems and to promote sustainability. In addition to producing and marketing honey, the ranch leads environmental awareness initiatives focused on biodiversity conservation.
