FRANCE. St Nazaire. Airbus: Building the A380. Components of the A380 are loaded onto the transportation ship 'Ville de Bordeaux'. The ship, purpose-built in Shanghai, calls at several ports around Europe collecting the various components before final delivery to Paulliac, near Bordeaux. On arrival in Paulliac the parts will be loaded onto the transportation barge 'Brion', which takes the separate components of the A380 up the Garonne River to Langon, where they are offloaded again to meet road transportation to Toulouse.
