GERMANY, Bavaria, 2015/12. Samerberg im Chiemgau. Alpine region south of Rosenheim. Catholic rithual of "Frauentragen" carrying the women. During the four weeks, leading up to Christmas, Advent, a statue of the Holy Mary, 9 month pregnant, is brought from house to house among the families of the villages in the reagion. Families gather around the statue, sing and pray.
