Illegal African migrants arrested by Libyan authorities are kept inside a windowless room at the Sikka Road Detention Center in Tripoli, Libya. The Sikka Road detention facility, operated by the Libyan Department to Combat Illegal Migration (DCIM), holds over 1400 migrants, mostly from Sub-Saharan Africa, awaiting repatriation to their countries of origin.
