SRI LANKA. Pudhumaddalam. January, 2018. Old clothes and belongings of victims remain scattered along a killing field in Pudhumaddalam, on the outskirts of Mullaitivu. This area was a no fire zone where thousands of Tamils sought refuge as the SL Army was advancing toward the last LTTE stronghold of Mullaitivu during the last days of the war in the spring of 2009.
