Senior Corporal Aaron Tobkin, advisor to Class 353, adjusts the uniform of Police Recruit Joshua Arrington on badge pinning day, a day prior to graduation. Arrington’s class was the first to start at the Dallas Police Academy following the ambush slaying of four Dallas Police Officers and one Dallas Area Rapid Transit Officer on July 7, 2016.
