An apartment complex being built in the South Korean city of Woegwan, where the US Army's Camp Carol is located. Camp Carol is where the THAAD missile defense system equipment is stored awaiting the final deployment in the nearby village of Seongju. Mr. Cho is a supporter of the THAAD system being deployed in South Korean soil.
