- Tamer says: The food is simple, maybe it's just enough for the people of the house. Maybe they won’t eat so they can give it to the guest.
- I feel that there is divine love between the grandmother and the girl. In Egypt we say “blood never turns into water.”
- I have an idea for the book:
maybe you can take your picture with them so it shows that you are one of them and that you lived with them and that you are not a stranger and you experienced their normal life.
- Sometimes I’m too lazy to spread the blanket and I ask whoever is there to spread it for me.
