Alex Majoli
ITALY. Cassibile, Sicily. April 4, 2020. A looted car. The owner says that he had never experienced a break in during his 30 years of living here and thinks unemployment due to the COVID-19 crisis is to blame. At least 58,773 people across the world have now died as a result of the pandemic, according to researchers at Johns Hopkins University. The number of confirmed cases passed a million on Thursday. At least 1,094,068 people are now known to have been infected.
