EL SALVADOR. San Salvador. 19 September, 2018. Nahomy Mendoza, 26, is a Salvadorian transexual victim of gang violence, currently awaiting resettlement outside of the country. In November of 2017, Nahomy was severely beaten and gang-raped by local members of the MS13 gang.
